[Pdx-pm] Portland Perl Mongers updates (no meeting tomorrow)

Things have gotten a bit complicated since I sent this, so I’m going to withdraw my offer to help organise PDX.pm. Maybe in a few months once things settle down I’ll be able to lend a hand.
