Roberta Cairney (http://www.cairneylawoffices.com/) is the goto IP
expert (open source and otherwise) for O'Reilly, The Perl Foundation,
and the new Parrot Foundation. She was also the primary lawyer on the
Artistic License 2.0 revision.
