[Pdx-pm] App/Module review?

Because I am updating it so fast I have decided to put the pod up on my
site. I have put into the documentation answers to many of the questions
about the project. http://open-exodus.net/ppbuild.html

The most important additions are the WHAT PPBuild IS and WHAT PPBuild IS
NOT  sections.  Hopefully after reading those sections the goals and
reasonings behind the project will become clear :-)
