[Pdx-pm] TWiki as substitute for kwiki?

Twiki used to be awful, I remember when it was just one big messy file and
they were having all sorts of problems with simple injection attacks.  But
they appear to have gone through a complete rewrite.  Its now nearly all split
out into libraries.
