Ugh. As Matt (ironically) puts it, Prototype is the Matt’s Script
Archive of Javascript. It’s better now than it used to be, but
then so is MySQL.

For a *really* nice JS library, try jQuery: <http://jquery.com/>
Docs and tutorial on the site; don’t miss the *excellent*
reference at <http://visualjquery.com/>. See the `load` method
for super extra ultra trivial Ajax work.
