[Pdx-pm] Recommendations for perl web developers?

I'm looking for recommendations for a web developer.  My friend's
uncle has a business website written in perl that he wants some more
features for.  I think one of them is interfacing to paypal, but I
don't know much beyond that.  Is there any kind of reference for local
developers that I can point him to?  I couldn't find one on the wiki.
