[Pdx-pm] need help with text-to-pdf

I'm looking for someone who would be willing to volunteer
to help me (for the Kerry Oregon campaign)  create a pdf file
that looks like a form with perl variables filled in.
We use perl all the time, but I've never used text-to-pdf and
I'm too overloaded to learn a new animal right now.
