To Perl gurus

Hello, sorry I didn't make it to the meeting.

Anyway what I was wondering is whether this is feasible:

I'd like to install Perl to a CD rom (burn) with any TK/TCL
stuff that I'd need for interface work for a win 95/98/00
machine.

Think of it as a sort of visual-basic-but-it-works thing.

I don't want to install perl on their machine, I just want to
run my scripts off the CD with the interpreter on the CD and any
other tools, etc on the CD.

Also I just have not found anything about compiling perl to an
executable for/on win 95/98/00.

Any ideas, comments or help would be appreciated.

Jerome
