I already know of a few people who are coming ... if anyone else would like to confirm or deny their upcoming attendance, please let me know. Otherwise, see you on Thursday. +Pete P.S. Pete told me to make some mail happen, so here some is. I would have liked to come to the meeting yesterday, but unfortunately it clashed with the London.pm tech meet. I wonder if it might be better to try and avoid Thursdays, since the London.pm ones are almost always on Thursdays (we did put one on a Friday in January, but that was rather a special case due to being so close to New Year). London.pm people would like to come to Oxford events, and I have certainly seen Oxford people at London.pm events. But then I'm not sure which days would be good instead. Thursdays are practically the weekend so are good days for social meets. Fridays and Saturdays are probably out because some people appear to have social lives. Sundays the pubs shut early (and tubes stop early, which is a consideration for London people) though it might be an OK day for tech talks (as long as you were careful not to clash with oxlug). Wednesdays? Please feel free to tell me to shut up and finally get over having moved away from Oxford :) Kake From Kavanagm at oup.co.uk Fri Jan 25 03:56:01 2002 From: Kavanagm at oup.co.uk (KAVANAGH, Michael) Date: Thu Aug 5 00:08:32 2004 Subject: OxPM: Future meetings Message-ID: <852ED745A1B8D411BBD900B0D0789E0C03D73A89@EXC05.oup.co.uk> Hi there... I think I joined this list a long time ago and haven't really seen much on it since. I didn't know there was a meeting yesterday at all... is this information listed somewhere? I don't think there was a message sent out about it. I'm in Oxford and would love to come along ... The website is at http://oxford.pm.org I sent out a message on the 18th, but I have little faith in if it found its target. :-) In which case, I'm sorry. We're intending to meet again in about a month, I would have thought. +Pete ;;($_='Yw_xUabcdtefgdijktljkotiersjkUzxT yvlkbfdtcierstajogvPruntRshackRJelov')=~ y&/RTUv;wxYz$&/ ~'/;$=();$&&&eval&&print ----- Original Message ----- From: "KAVANAGH, Michael" To: Sent: Friday, January 25, 2002 9:56 AM Subject: RE: OxPM: Future meetings > Hi there...
