Thanks for your reply. Most important thing you need to do is to 
nominate a leader. That's someone you keeps the web site up to date, 
manages the mailing list and acts as first point of contact for 
newcomers wanting to join the list.

If you come up with a name, email support at pm.org and we'll do the rest.
