Programmer/Analyst (Perl, Unix, SQL)

This position will be responsible for the development, testing,
maintenance, documentation, and support of all information exchange
related transactions. The candidate must possess strong knowledge and
development skills in PERL, UNIX, and SQL. This position will be
expected to analyze client requirements and specify design and develop
programs, adhere to software development guidelines, and be able to meet
deadline requirements.
