business-to-consumer communities.  Through its proprietary Community
Management Solution, VCI builds and deploys e-commerce-enabled web-based
communities for enterprises.  VCI also wholly owns and operates web-based
communities targeted to U.S. ethnic and affinity groups.  These include

We are in need of an INTERNET DEVELOPER who will be involved with developing
extensions and integration with our existing e-commerce application
developed by Intershop.  The Developer will be experienced in Perl/CGI and
relational databases.  He/she should have general knowledge of Internet
