My name is Joe Kennedy and I am a technical recruiter with Quest  
Enterprises in Wheaton, IL.  I am sending this to you because it is my  
understanding that you have a certain level of expertise with Perl.

I am currently working with a client in downtown Chicago that is looking  
for someone who is interested in a 6 month contract to do a Perl  
project.  They are a prestigious investment and trading firm, and they  
are looking for someone who can develop scripts to do end of day  
processing of their trading operations.  They want to automate the  
extraction of information from email messages, commit the information to  
their applications and databases, and generate reports detailing the  
results.  This process is currently done manually, and is slow and  
tedious.  They are looking for someone with expertise in Perl v5, Crystal  
Reports, and Sybase to complete this project, and will pay in the  
$70-110/hr range.
