[HRPM] Last Call for comment

I had a problem with getting TWUUG.  I get enough "extra" email as it is. I
do not desire to recieve TWUUG mailings. Yet this being an announcment only
mailing, I guess I could tolerate it. So, I place my vote at the mercy of
the other HRPM members.
