Message-ID: I have a number of talks I could do: A Date with Perl (datetime stuff) - 45 minutes Basics of Unicode in Perl - 15 minutes Markdent (a Markdown parsing toolkit) - 15-20 minutes Stepford (a sort of make-like thing) - 10-15 minutes I'm fine with doing a couple of the short ones or the 45 minute talk. I don't have time right now to make a new talk, but I have a couple things scheduled for this summer's YAPC that I do in April or later. In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <56E85198.5000301@wavefront.net> I wanted to make the last meeting but didn't get it on my calendar. If people are interested, I can do a short presentation of the things I am doing with Perl on a pcDuino to build a mobile GPS tracking device. I am also working on reading iBeacons and Eddystone beacons using Bluetooth LE and have just received a couple of Particle Electron 2G/3G connection devices, that I want to get included. I suppose I could call my work, "Perl in a Fog", since that is the marketing term applied to the area between remote sensors and the Cloud.
