Since we know Expresso Royale will be open regardless of the availability
status of the VRTS venue, I vote for attempting to secure the VRTS room for
Wednesday.  This is all with the understanding that the default location
(plan B) will be at Expresso Royale.     -Matt

Ok Perl-meisters, here is what I propose:

Plan "A": I secure a VRTS conference room for a presentation by Ken the
evening of 12 March (Wednesday). Usually beginning ~6 or 6:30 pm, right?

Plan "B": I will leave that to the list to come up with because ....... Plan
"A" can get hosed in several ways:

01) My outstanding request for the conference room may not be approved in
time.
02) I am going to be in the Washington DC area for the 10th & 11th. Because
of world events, my travel could easily be disrupted while navigating back
to MPLS.

So, protocol. I will cut an affirmative email to this list on the morning of
the 12th if we can meet at VRTS. Otherwise, plan "B" please.

Hopefully, this is good with everyone.
