[mplspm]: Dumping Sybase databases

FYI, most of the sybase modules require additional libraries.  On my last
project, I used FreeTDS (0.61 I think), which worked, but there were some
compatability issues early on.

I can't really vouch for it working  with Sybase, because I used it to
connect with a MS SQL 2000 server.
