[Moscow.pm] Достало 'message text rejected'

Саппорт отвечает не очень внятно:

We have this problem with Russian users a lot.  Our spam classifier
 thinks they are spam, or almost spam.

 I only see one mail from him in our logs, and it says this:
  HEAD_ILLEGAL_CHARS,SUBJECT_NEEDS_ENCODING,SUBJ_ILLEGAL_CHARS

 He should fix that.
