[Montreal-pm] Montreal-PM meeting, try #2

So, I've managed to switch the venue between the polls and the
calendar invite -- there's a story behind that, but to reduce
confusion, I've updated the poll and left the calendar invite
untouched.

Let me know if that's a major problem for anybody, and apologies for the goof.
