Problems signing up to London.pm mailing list

Has anyone else had problems signing up to the London.pm mailing list recently?

I've had no problems signing up to the -announce list, but whenever I
attempt to even view the london.pm at groups.perlists.pm signup page
whilst logged in I get the following error:

"AUTHORIZATION REJECT (info) you are not allowed to perform this action."

Two different browsers, yadda yadda...

Any ideas?
