Hi Tom,

The train timetable looks like:

Out
17:10 from London Euston getting to Birmingham New St. at 18:39, takes 1:29.
17:30 from Euston to New St. at 18:58, takes 1:28.
17:50 from Euston to New St. at 19:27, takes 1:37.

Return
22:03 from New St. cross country to Tamworth 22:18 connect 22:24 to Virgin
train to MK 23:11, takes 1:08.
23:00 from New St. Virgin train to MK 00:14, takes 1:14.

Or by car

a) train from Euston circa 16:45 to MK 17:30.
Leaving MK at 17:30 arriving New St. 19:01 takes 1:31 (72 miles).
Return car to MK leaving 22:00 arrives 23:18, takes 1:18.

I think the train option looks more sensible unless some others from
MiltonKeynes.pm also want go?

Regards, Peter

I'm giving a talk, but haven't thought about travel yet (I've been away for
a week).

Whichever you choose, I'll join you as I'll be in London on Wednesday too.

Tom
