Address change of the MKPM Coding Collaboratino Site

Hi Guys

So that our Subversion repository can reside on port 80, I've moved the
web site onto port 8080 - so you can get to via 
http://79.99.43.16:8080/mkpm or
http://mkperl.scrubhole.org:8080/mkpm
