Of course that is ease to convert a good PHP programmer in a Perl
programmer. PHP is a copy/simplification of Perl, some said to Ruby
and others languages.

I would consider intelligent if I have found "Perl or PHP", but
setting Perl as desirable and PHP as required seems ridiculous.
