I'll be there :)
We all kind of mutually missed the last one, but this week is on.
I'll prolly burn a couple of ISOs of distributions for us to check out.
I KNOW I'm going to bring Sorceror. We'll do a base install and maybe
install a small program so you can all see how it compiles stuff.
Installing X, ect. ect. would take hours to compile.
Weren't you going to bring your water-cooled computer at one point?

Also, I'd like to say (while we are on the subject) that we Vampires can
really use the support of the rest of GOLUM. Any of you 'daywalkers' that
want to come to tomorrow's meeting are welcome.
I'd really like to get a schedule set up for different topics. Anyone feel
like talking about ipchains and/or iptables? How about compiling KDE3 or the
latest GNOME to run alongside the version that came with the distro in use?
How about installing and setting up Apache, maybe with
PHPNuke/PostNuke/MyPHP etc?
I'd also like to invite the perlmongers in town. I'm a member, and though
our list isn't very active, I'm sure that isn't because none of us have much
to say ;)
The meeting takes place at State Tech (aka STCC or SWTCC or whatever they
call it now) in the Jennings building, room J-12. We meet from 12:00 noon to
2:00 PM. We have a pretty great meeting room, so feel free to bring software
to show off, programs you've written, or whatever!
See you all tomorrow!

p.s. http://lwn.net/2002/0321/dists.php3 and look at the article about
Sorceror Linux :)
