Since lots of stuff is already using Mozilla::CA, my thought was to
patch Mozilla::CA to use the platform-provided certificate store (eg
/etc/ssl/certs) if available, and fall back to the bundled one. It would
mean the name is now wrong, but that happens sometimes.

I imagine that getting such a patch included could be a bit of an uphill
battle though, which is why I haven't made any effort yet.
