What OS / version computer that?  It has built on various systems at various
times including Windows, *bsd and GNU hurd, but the only platforms that
definitely work at any given time are Debian and Ubuntu Linux, because that's
what I use.  Thanks for trying it anyway!

I think I'll just write a faster C version instead of sending generated C code,
the C code generated by brace can be a bit ugly.  I hope to improve that in
future!
