actually neither - NetBSD packages, but at its heart it is the
tarball I believe ...

heh ... turns out that although I had the basic HTML::Mason snippet
in my apache config, I needed something different:

AddDefaultCharset UTF-8
PerlRequire /usr/pkg/bin/webmux.pl
SetHandler perl-script
PerlHandler RT::Mason

... it's all working fine now ... thanks anyway
