Hi Dudes

I was doing some ABN and ACN inputs the other day and there is a great 
module on cpan that does the complicated calculate for ABN check.
(See Business::AU::ABN)

But there was no ACN (although that is probably because ACN, ARSN and 
ARBN checks are much easier than ABN).

But... it is still better to do as a module, so I have put it up on 
CPAN.
