Good question.

The SEECS building (Software & Electrical Engineering and Computer
Science) is situated near the northern end of Bouverie street (on the
western side).  There'll be lots of bicycles tied up in front of it too
(usually).

B1.24 indicates we're in one of the two basement lecture theatres.  Enter
through the northern most doors and go down the stairs that'll appear on
your right.  From there the theatre should be right in front of you.
