Blah blah blah.  It's easy to be pissed off in general.

I want to see specifics, like Amelia.  I like Amelia.  Sarah's rant
wasn't about Amelia.  I hope to see Amelia at TPC.

I think if someone suggested a wet t-shirt contest, or a prize of a
date with the babe, or "trade your business card for a kiss" or any
other concrete actions, then I'd be pissed off too.  Those are
concrete real bad things.  The mongers poster at YAPC was borderline,
so I wouldn't mind discussion of that (even though it's been done to
death and Brian and Amelia won't be making that mistake again).

Until someone *does* something objectionable, though, I'm sick of
reading general rants against body image propaganda and hypocrisy.  If
I wanted those, I'd reread Naomi Wolf[0] or something else.  But when
I read something on the Perl advocacy list, I want to read about Perl
advocacy.

Following Glorious Leader Foy's advice, I have stated my position and
will now remain stoicly silent even though the froth will inevitably
continue.  Yes, I do want a medal :-)
