Hello,

I've just joined the list, but I'm not too sure how many people are out
there, how active it is etc. Apologies if these are FAQs answered elsewhere:

Is there an archive?

Anyone fancy a beer?

I'm involved in a couple of start-up ventures as a part-time developer, and
I'm writing software in Perl, and it would be nice to keep in contact with
Perl people in this area in case we needed to outsource the development on a
freelance basis or even work on projects together.

So how many Manc Perl Mongers are out there? I know there is at least one
guy, 'cos I remember seeing him on Oxford Road wearing a black Perl Mongers
T-Shirt about 6 months ago.
