I can't get Apache2::Controller tests to run... somehow Apache::Test has
changed under Apache 2.4.  I have neglected this for two years, sorry.  If
someone wants to try with v1.1.1 and send me a patch with what needs to
change to get the tests to run, I'd be glad to present on Wednesday.
Otherwise it will have to wait until January I guess... I'm super busy sorry
