[LA.pm] Possible LA.pm Presentation Topics; quick survey

The results are in, looks like AnyEvent wins this round. Higher average
score and more consensus. That's probably good -- there's a lot more Dancer
presentations/documentation than there are about AnyEvent, so we can make a
contribution to the global Perl knowledge ecosystem.
