Yet Another Perl Conference (YAPC) is held each year in a different  
city.  Each year The Perl Foundation  issues a Call for Venue for the  
North American YAPC.   Perl Monger groups interested in playing host  
submit a statement of intent, then a proposal.

The YAPC::Europe call for venue was just issued, and YAPC::NA's will be  
forthcoming.
