Of course.

A technical meeting usually involves a packaged presentation.  (And is
often followed by dinner.)

A dinner (or social) meeting is just getting us together in the same
place to talk tech, or anything else, over yummy food.

Last week of October.

> Does everyone prefer a weeknight or weekend night?

We've generally had better luck on weekday nights.
