(Sorry for dropping the ball on this.  Here are my excuses:

  - The mailing list server went down last week, and my message
    assigning consensus to the list seems to have been ignored,
    although it did go through.
  - I asked someone in particular to make a decision, but that person
    seems to have disappeared.  You know who you are.
  - I had Jury Duty on Thursday and Monday.  (I was finally let go
    today.  I was NOT looking forward to it.)
  - I spent the weekend shunning my computer.
