uuasc at uuasc.org does reply-to munging, which I find very useful (hit 'r' or
'g' in mutt and I get prompted 'Reply to UUASC at UUASC.org ([y]/n)?')

That list uses majordomo. As la.pm runs off the main pm.org listserv, I'm not
sure if this would be a minor tweak or a major overhaul.
