He's going to be in town the first week of March doing training in Burbank. The day (night) looks like Tuesday 3/4/2003. Location will be a restaurant. Most likely somewhere in the Burbank/Glendale/North Hollywood area, but this is up for discussion. Anyone prefer a different night? Other possible options are that Thursday or maybe that Monday. Likewise. I have a whole shelf full of ORA stuff, and they are by far the most consistently helpful technical books I've ever read. For that reason alone, I'm happy to have an ORA banner up - something that useful to me should be shared with other people. I'm still working on finalizing the restaurant choice. Greg's suggestion of Taix looks good, but I think 7pm on a weeknight will be a bad time (traffic wise) to get a variety of people to Silverlake. Maybe save that for a weekend. I can probably shift the time a little if it would make it easier for a few people, but 7 seems to be a good compromise between early and late. Also, Peter has said he's going to bring a copy of his book to raffle off. Must be present to win. No purchase necessary. See official rules for details.
