Well, that's what I asked Nina before she answered that there
are no more back issues freely available for Perl mongers.

I don't know exactly what shipping charges would have been.
All I know is that TPJ adds $7 for international shipping charges
when shipping 4*1 issue (one per quarter).
That's $7 for the whole, not 4 * $7.

Anyway, though I asked for them the same day I heared about them,
back issues are not available anymore. 'Long-distance' mongers got
hampered this time.
