GPG (aka PGP) keys. It's a digital signature, used for encryting, or
signing, email or files. See http://gnypg.org/ for the full scoop. It's
a Good Thing. It also lets you verify software distributions - you'll
notice that many free software distros come with a .asc file, which is
the digital signature on that file.
