LPM: Perl Mongers Meetings

I will be happy to run the point for our Monday meetings at KET. Unless
anyone wants to hold the meetings elsewhere. Then we can talk about
alternative places for our meetings.

As far as module reading goes, I'd like to examine the CGI module closer.
