[kw-pm] Fwd: [pm_groups] Call for translators for Perl IDE

If it had a better installer for OSX I'd be much more inclined to get 
help for it. Sadly I've been totally unable to get it working on my 
systems. As an alternative, Komodo Edit is pretty nice.
