[Kc] programming contest (C, C++, Java) next saturday

based on the way the ACM used to do them, programming contests consist of
several problems, and each team has a limited time to solve as many of them
as possible. The contest in question states C, C++, or Java.

C /may/ include Perl, if we bring it with us and compile it there --- but
probably not.
