[Kc] HTML::Mason with Singlethreaded (instead of mod_perl)

I think I'm about to bolt HTML::Mason into Http::Server::Singlethreaded,
using a variant of the supported standalone configuration.

Anyone care to help discuss the edge and corner cases I will encounter
during this adventure?
