[Kc] kc Digest, Vol 33, Issue 11

What this scripts purpose is to sftp backup files and log files from one
server to another or to a disk array that is not
part of the originating servers file system.  It is to run from cron at
periodic times yet to be determined.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
