[iran-pm] CPAN Mirror in Iran

Hello All,

Since this is the first message on this list, I wanted to be a good one! I am currently mirroring CPAN archive on a server in a multihomed datacenter in Iran. So almost every one in Iran will have faster access to the archive.

The whole archive is being rsync'ed and I will announce the new address in this list once I finish setting up this mirror today.
