Good plan.  Let's do it. As I pointed out to Arthur earlier, such a west
bank location my be closer for everyone than Hyde Park, at least for the
current set of 'everyone'.

This works for me.  How about everyone else?

Want to modify your directions coming from the bridge a bit.  Once you
pass under 84, if you make a left at the next light, you are back on 84
heading West towards the bridge.  Instead, go to the 2nd light (after
passing under 84) and make the left onto River Road.
