Thanks for the pointer, looks interesting. Mapping was always one of
my favorites.

I don't dig flash (haxe maybe, but no time to learn), but I'm looking
in the new pure
javascript svg and shape viewers to be able come up with something.
Google maps is cool, but probably too much vendor lockin.

It would be awesome to help Houston becoming an attractive town - as
San Antonio e.g. did a 80 years ago under Hugman.
