[pm-h] Local hackathon

Good evening everyone,

I am going to be attending the "City of Houston Open Innovation
Hackathon" happening over the weekend of Friday May 17th. The focus is
on tools that use data from the City of Houston. I thought that getting
some more Perl coding done out in the open would make for great
outreach. :-)
