[HoustonTx.pm] Metting times and locations?

I think I asked this question once previously, but I can't seem to find the 
response or find the information on the internet. When and where does the houston perl mongers meet? I seem to recall it had 
something to do with http://www.hal-pc.org/, but what about membership 
fees? And what time are the meetings? And are they just in the hal-pc 
building thingy?
